All proceeds support our league! Print out your order form,
or pick one up at the practice field during any clinic or camp."
Registrations for new or returning players will be conducted at each of the Mini-Camps listed below:

April 21st - 10:00am to 12:00pm
April 28th - 10:00am to 12:00pm
May 12th - 10:00am to 12:00pm
May 19th - 10:00am to 12:00pm
May 26th - 10:00am to 12:00pm

Gators Practice field on US Highway 41
Items Needed for Registration:
- Parent or Guardian Driver's License
- Current Utility Bill
- Mapquest of current address
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Wallet Size Photo
- 2012 Doctor's Physical (If Available)
- Completed Registration Form

Cost for registration is $200.00. A $75 non refundable deposit is due at initial registration
and remaining balance due by equipment issue. Multi child discount is $25.00.
If you received your PPAL mailer bring with you at registration for 10% discount....
this will only be honored if you have the postcard with you!

Division Age Groups
Jr. Flyweights - 5-7
Flyweights - 8-9
Mighty Mites - 10-11
Jr. Varsity - 12-13
*Varsity - 14-15*
Weight
*There will be no Weight Restrictions in 2012 for any Age Group*
Age
*The 2012 League Age will be determined as of July 31st*
(The age of your child as of July 31, 2012 will determine which Group he or she will be assigned to.)
(There will be No "PlayDown" Players, All players will be Grouped by Age Only!)
